​Rethink Your Career – Stories, tools and inspiration to change direction

​Feeling stuck in your career? Maybe your job no longer reflects who you are, or you feel you could do more but don’t know where to start.
“Rethink Your Career” is an event designed for those who want to change direction, rediscover their motivation, and give new shape to their professional path.

​Through real and diverse stories, we’ll explore how it’s possible to reinvent yourself — by changing roles, sectors, or even creating something of your own. The goal is to offer both practical insights and inspiration to those considering a career shift, or simply looking to grow in a more authentic and aligned way.

​After the panel, a short workshop will help participants reflect on their own journey and identify their next steps. The evening will close with an informal networking aperitivo to connect with fellow Italian professionals in Lisbon.

Rethink Your Career – Storie, strumenti e ispirazione per cambiare direzione

Ti senti in un momento di stallo professionale? Forse il tuo lavoro non ti rispecchia più, o senti che potresti dare di più ma non sai da dove iniziare.
“Rethink Your Career” è un evento pensato per chi desidera cambiare direzione, riscoprire la motivazione e dare una nuova forma al proprio percorso professionale.

​Attraverso storie vere e diverse tra loro, parleremo di come è possibile reinventarsi: cambiando ruolo, settore o persino costruendo qualcosa di proprio. L’obiettivo è offrire spunti concreti e ispirazione a chi sta valutando un cambiamento, o semplicemente vuole crescere in modo più autentico e coerente con sé stesso.

​Dopo il panel, un breve workshop aiuterà i partecipanti a riflettere sul proprio percorso e a mettere a fuoco i prossimi passi. L’evento si chiuderà con un aperitivo informale per favorire le connessioni e il networking tra professionisti italiani a Lisbona.
